Could anyone explain how is the process of Validating an email when someone make an application?
I have the case of an application whos IP is from Canada, the email also from Canada, but phone from Europe and member claims to be in USA.
When I send an email to the address given, asking for clarification, a system tells me he will route the email to the respective person.
Then I ask myself how can be possible that someone who applies really does not have control of his/her email. Looks to me that he just inputted an email from someone else. Is this possible?
Most of the Spammers problem are related to email verification and if NING is not really doing its jobs, then gues what....

And you are right. "mixed bags" just are telling you they have something to hide. So why waste time in applying delete botton?

S/he will be prompted to retrieve the email and click the verification link contained within. Once the link has been clicked, s/he will be taken to your network's Sign Up page to complete the sign-up process.
Not sure what's going on with this particular member/email account, but if you're curious about the procedure, you can test it out by signing up for your network with a secondary email address.
