KINDLY ANY BODY LET ME KNOW HOW SHOULD I PUT ADS IN HEADER AND FOOTER OF MY NETWORK? ALSO KINDLY LET ME KNOW IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE THAT I CAN PUT ADS ON TOP AND BOTTOM OR MIDDLE OF EVERY PAGE OF MY SITE SO THEN WHEN EVER A NEW DISCUSSION IS STARTED ADS AUTOMATICALLY APPEAR ON NEW PAGE?
