Question customizing header.

Ok, So here is a snap shot of my header as it sits now, a work in progress. What I would like to do, not sure if it can be done, is to put my tabs Home, my page etc) right in that band under the grass, maybe to the right of hte Shinenet block. Alternativly I can move the Shinenet block and the sun up onto the grass and the tabs appear directly below on that bluish bar. Idealy, I'd like the Sun image to overlap down over the tabs a bit but know this may not be possible. I know to accomplish this I need to adjust the lower margin of the header, at least. I"m kinda new at this but learning fast and am constantly amazed by the creative design hacks demonstratedby creators.

yes you should be able to do this using CSS positioning... if you give me a link to your network i will see if I can figure out the css you'll need without having to get into the backend

try adding this to the advanced section of css in design studio

.xg_navigation {float: right; margin-top: -80px; z-index: 1; visibility: visible; overflow: visible; position: relative;}
