Rate My Site

I got this idea from "Best Design Competition", but this is not a competition.

I need you fellow creators to rate my site and I would like to rate your's. I think it's fun and a way to interact. My site is Out Of The Past- http://msoldschool.ning.com

I had posted a plea for help which was basically ignored. I want the old transparent music player back. To see what I'm talking about---I have one on a blog that is still intact. If I edit it will be converted though, so needless to say, I am not going to touch it. Here it is:

Let me know what you think. I've been able to convert most of my players but I cannot override that horrible "opaque" wmode code. Does Ning actually have any developers? I pay for Pro so I want some answers please. How can I override that opaque code and make it transparent again?
