Recruitment company site using Ning

Is it possible to use the Ning platform for a recruitment agency website? We want members to join and upload a CV and covering letters etc, however, don’t want them to be findable to others. I guess you can allow members to join but you can always remove the members tab/feature from the tab and “features layout”. But also want forum/blogs to add vacancies and interview tips etc.

Any suggestions welcome.

That would be very interesting. Our network is one of the larger recruiting networks on NING, but we never explored this option. We have a partnership with Job Target and have a sub domain job board and candidate search area, but did this in addition to all the functionality that NING offers. Love to hear more if this can be worked out.

Yes, I was wondering if its possible to use the Ning to make it into a recruitment website. Although do not want members to interact as this would cause recruiters to find their own candidates. Perhaps its worth taking the mini plan and try to figure it out for a month or 2.
