Remove View Count on Pictures

I have already seen this forum post:

But it doesn't address my problem.  I'm trying to remove the view count from the pictures on my Ning Page.

Does anyone have any help for me? Thanks

Hi Joey,

Just add this css to the advanced section of the design studio or appearance panel:

.view-count-container {display:none;}

Thanks Phill, but I'm afraid that code only works for blogs and discussions.  I linked the article in my post describing that issue.  I have already added that code weeks ago but the view count on PICTURES are still showing.

How long does this take to affect the site?  Is it instant or does it take a few hours?

Still having trouble with this.  Thanks for all the help so far, but the solutions are not working....  I still have view counts showing up on my picture gallery.
