I have a member that can not reply to any comments using his Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Is there something on my network that I need to add for that of is it on his side?

Not sure what might be the issue. When you say he can't reply, do you know if it is because a button doesn't work? Or, do replies submitted not show up on the page? Any specific error messages? If you have any extra information, let us know.

I have not put in the beta version of mobile yet. I was thinking that could be the problem. I am so not technical and this stuff makes me nervous. Still learning Ning.

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on July 10, 2012 at 9:33am Okay, great. That is very helpful. Thank you. I am asking our product manager who is working on this to take a look on Android. He says it could be a Javascript caching issue that will clear up on its own. Sometimes Javascript doesn't always load which can make buttons not work. I'm not currently seeing the same kind of error myself.
You may want to turn on the beta. It's very stable, and it's a much nicer interface. We'll be releasing it fairly soon as the default, but I think it's ready and definitely recommend it as an improvement. You can view Creators Network on a phone to see the difference if you want to check it out.

Hi Judi, I have been trying to upload some Brooklyn pics from my Samsung tablet to BNW but they always fail. They are jpeg files about 2mb. Also I still can't reply to comments (yours) yet. The software on this tablet is Android 3.2. Thx. 
As I posted below, I did turn on the beta but I guess it is not working for him. Any suggestion?
Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on July 16, 2012 at 11:42am Is he accessing it from /m? It sounds like he's using the regular version of your site on that device. Have him append /m to the URL of the site. This will give him access to the mobile version.
Permalink Reply by Judi Shugart on July 16, 2012 at 12:57pm Eric, I has sent him an email and I just realized he was saying he can not reply to MY comments on the board. I had seen other comments on the site from Phil to other members post. I still have two open tickets about people showing up on chat for days and days, even tough on their profile page it shows them offline. The other one is when I send invitations to invite another admin to join the group, it sends them to others that are not checked. I don't know if this all has to do with me or Ning.
Sorry I know how you hate issues posted together, but just thought they may be connected.
