Hey, Judi. Are you using the new beta version of mobile? We have a beta group here about this new version of mobile. Not sure what might be the issue. When you say he can't reply, do you know if it is because a button doesn't work? Or, do replies submitted not show up on the page? Any specific error messages? If you have any extra information, let us know.
I have not put in the beta version of mobile yet. I was thinking that could be the problem. I am so not technical and this stuff makes me nervous. Still learning Ning.

Philip Very nice Judi. Btw if BNW uses Ning software, tell them the "reply to a comment" input box won't activate on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. I can't reply to anyone's comments. :-)
Sorry if I really sound stupid here... but I am when it comes to this stuff.
You may want to turn on the beta. It's very stable, and it's a much nicer interface. We'll be releasing it fairly soon as the default, but I think it's ready and definitely recommend it as an improvement. You can view Creators Network on a phone to see the difference if you want to check it out.

As I posted below, I did turn on the beta but I guess it is not working for him. Any suggestion?
Is he accessing it from /m? It sounds like he's using the regular version of your site on that device. Have him append /m to the URL of the site. This will give him access to the mobile version.
Eric, I has sent him an email and I just realized he was saying he can not reply to MY comments on the board. I had seen other comments on the site from Phil to other members post. I still have two open tickets about people showing up on chat for days and days, even tough on their profile page it shows them offline. The other one is when I send invitations to invite another admin to join the group, it sends them to others that are not checked. I don't know if this all has to do with me or Ning.
