Reporting an Issue
I think Ning should add an upload file on the reporting an issue page. So members can take screenshot of the page/abuse/spam/Bug ect..

Hey, Debby. You can do that as the NC or as an admin when you're reaching our support team. Ace's idea is to put that type of thing in the link the members click to report an issue to you.
