Since launching Ning Mini, Plus and Pro
on July 20, thousands of you have selected a plan for your Ning Network. If you have already chosen a plan, thank you for deciding to continue to grow your community on the Ning Platform.
A number of you have also contacted us after you purchased a plan requesting to alter your subscription. The Advocacy Team has been working hard to accommodate your requests, but due to the high volume we haven’t been able to respond to all of you as quickly as we would like. If this has impacted you, I apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience. Yesterday we released two changes which will help us respond much faster to your requests. Change Your Subscription from Monthly to Annual Billing
If you chose a monthly plan but intended to select the annual option to take advantage of the discount, you can now change your plan by going to Ning.com
. Sign-in and click on “Plans & Billing” to see your current subscriptions and make changes. Locate the Ning Network you would like to change from monthly to annual, and click on the “Change Plan” link next to it. Click the “Switch to Annual Billing” link in the light box and you are all set.
More Efficient Advocacy Tools
Our engineers also released significant improvements to the administrative tools Advocacy uses to make other changes to your subscriptions. With these new tools, we plan to work quickly through the backlog of requests through the weekend and into next week. We have made it our first priority and will accommodate all subscription change requests as quickly as possible.
