i think Ning should have Chat Facility to help the NC's like me, who just know bit of the tech world, so that we can get the assistance immediately. Although there are many answer which we can get from Help section but then also a many times it had happen wit me in past that i didn't find the answer of my query and in the end, i just left with an option to send them an email. So it's just a suggestion to have a Chat Facility along with call and email.
I'm also wondering why Ning doesn't keep chat room.
Probably because they can't monitor it.
The short time it was up, I had words with a buttface who got snarky. Some people simply cannot be nice, no matter how hard they try. I know that MOST creators on here are nice, helpful people, but all it takes is a few to ruin it for everyone.
Despite my one episode with an annoying person, I liked that chat room.
Hey, Baqur. We aren't able to offer one-on-one chat for support. I will pass that along to our team as a suggestion. We have been building up our phone and email support. We're not quite ready for live chat help. But, I hope we get there.
We did try out the chat here on Creators for Network Creators who simply wanted to chat, but we took it down. We saw some people spamming it to try and get people to join their networks. We saw that some customers would sign on and get angry if there weren't employees waiting to help them. We don't want anyone to expect to get help via chat and be angry that they can't get it.
@ Eric, as mentioned it was just a suggestion and i am hoping to have a chat support from ning on their future roadmap.
