I have had nothing but problems with this company. Are these people from the US? I am pretty sure that they are not. Has anyone else had problems with this company.

I just made four apps with them. I'm assuming customer service is in the US and development is in Eastern Europe based on the timing of specific replies. I've had no big problems so far. But wondering what I should look out for?
Does it matter if they are in the U.S.? I don't think the U.S. has a lock on awesomeness.
Have you contacted them? In my experience, they're very helpful and quite good at what they do. I think they're one of the best partners Ning has had.
LOL! Eric, sorry I wasn't insinuating that the US has a lock on awesomeness. I was just wondering if English was the primary language of the Shoutem staff. I have been having a tough time communicating with Shoutem and I never seem to get a response during US business hours. When I do get a response it is normally not specific to the issue that I contacted them about.
Maybe a few more emails will sort out the issues I've been having.
Hi Eric. We have office in US and Croatia. So our support team works basically in two shifts.
Currently is 10:30pm in NYC and 4:30am in Europe. We don't have this time covered.
