Hi there ning crew, can i just say 1st off this is not a ploy to gather new members lol

I have had a few reports that people can't sign up using Internet explorer and also Google Chrome :(

I have tested with the Google Chrome browser with an invite from a dummy email and i can't seem too either.  I just wondered if anyone else has noticed anything like this and if your using any of those browsers could you try and sign up to the network and see how you get on.

Feel free to remove your account once tested :)

Seems to be fine on Firefox

=) I joined- using Google Chrome.

I noticed, thank you.

Weird its just not working for me, thanks for helping

I haven't heard similar reports about this, but we can check it out. If you can send a message to our support team from the Support link on your dashboard, we can assign someone to investigate and report back to you. Thank you.

Lee - Did you get this issue resolved?  I am having the same problem, new users can not sign up with Chrome or IE. Some of the required questions are not showing?  A couple of my required questions are not even appearing, however the user gets an error stating they must be filled out.

Just curious if you were able to resolve the issue how you did it?

Thanks

Just tried it now and its working now. (chrome)

It was definitely not working the other day.

Just tried to join with FireFox and Chrome and got this:

Yeah it's weird, happens in IE as well.  Thanks for checking

Have you contacted our support team, Higher Ed Society Admin? If so, can you let me know your ticket number? This sounds pretty weird and something that we should have one of our team members take a close look at.

Ticket #00745704

Thanks Eric
