RESOLVED: B2B Axis STOLE my site design - even the exact same footer!

Does anyone know the NC who runs this site: http://b2baxis.com/

they've copied almost in every detail my old site including the footer. I mean, it's not quite as good, clearly, but it's pretty blatant.

yeah, but, a banner is one thing, but look at the site! it's my old site. don't know why i'm so outraged, nothing I can do, but for heaven's sake, show some imagination eh?

Yeah I understand. It's your old site theme. We spend lot of time to use our creativity for good. But people easily copy and paste. So sad. Even they don't ask for  permission.

I got to admit...your site is one of the most polished and professional I've seen not just in terms of Ning put any social site. There are some aspects of your site I'd do anything for but that's a total ripoff. I would never go all out like that. 

PS: Thanks to a reply you posted in your "Critique My Site" discussion I now have a professional slider on my network. I'm trying to figure out how to get the slider background color going all the way across like I've seen on a few networks including yours (red).

Don't let that sway you from posting invaluable tips you implemented on your network.

You should setup a donation link on your profile SP. I can't afford to do a complete redesign of my site now but wouldn't mind donating something to show appreciation for the great tips you've contributed.

Thanks Troy. I like to help out other NCs, after all I use tips from here on my site so I don't mind sharing back. I enjoy it to be honest.
I think a donate button would be against the spirit of Creators and I pick enough work as a result anyway so I don't mind, but I truly appreciate the kind sentiment.
Hint, the line across the site is a mixture of a site background image in the DS and a hero area DIV in a text box wrapped around the slider. I'll probably post that tip one day but I'm off for a few weeks now

Not sure how it works over the internet..But regardless if it is your old theme its yours...i would ask them to alter or change it..even if it just the color scheme
