Spammers won't stop coming onto my site

I've been hit three times in an hour from these odd spammers some depression link. I keep removing them but is there another way to get them off my site?

We've seen an up-tick in spam in the past few days in particular. We will have a new tool coming out soon that hopefully will help you in controlling spam. Of course, if you moderate members, you can pretty easily spot them before they join.

Thanks Eric- I don't moderate but I had to just because I didn't want to deal with more of them today. So I set it to approve members first but the new tool would be better.
