Sub-sections of images

I want to put sub- sections of pictures in my website such as faces pictures and nature pictures .....
when click in the section such as face picture, we will go to page which have only face pictures
Also, I want of these sub-section have link ( add picture ) separate than other.
as example, if any member went to add face pictuer, he will go to face section and click add picture from there

The two forums are from the old days of Scripts4Ning. In fact back then, if you knew how to edit the source, we could create our own forums. I used and use S4N forum for the special fields Vince added to the forum in the backend code. I use forum2 as the directory for the site. This is no longer available, except to the original S4N subscription base.

the only way it can sort of be done is to  link ti the tagged lists like i explained

*you told me how make subsection but I want to know how make word link in main section of photo as show in this picture
as you see there sre nam of sub section ( face image, general photo,..)
members can see them in main section of photo and when click on it, they go to sub section
