Our ticketing-based customer support system is taking a break this Friday night (12/7; that's tonight) to perform some maintenance.
This will not affect your members.
The public-facing Help Center will still be accessible. The only thing that won't be available is ticketing information that's located in the Support area of your dashboard. Downtime is scheduled for 8:00 PM - 2 AM Pacific time.
During this time, Ning Creators and admins won't be able to access past support tickets or create new support tickets. We'll post on the Ning Status Blog before, during, and after the downtime.
