Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

so for months I'll try to submit a support ticket and still get

so I send an email to the address and get no real response.......and I get told the ticket system was a temporary issue and has been resolved......for months now

So what's the truth here?

    We do apologise for the inconveniences. This issue has been sent to the QA team for the verification once again.

    Something tells me they're not organized when it comes to the old ticket system.......maybe not enough proper staffing (?) .....but they need to get it going!  What's the point of having it?

  • Yes I've flagged this however the live chat element worked a treat and my query was sorted within minutes - sadly it wasn't the answer I'd hoped for but much quicker than the standard response time I'd ever get via ticket system 

    • I used Live Chat the other day and while not resolved ("we've forwarded this to our developers....") at least it was a rapid response.....that is a positive move forward!

    The issue with support tickets has been fixed and you should be able to submit them once again from your dashboard.
