Tags - A much needed function...

Hello Creators. Hope all is well!
I'm looking to do something different, or more useful with my tags on my network.

I know there is a lot that could be done, but here's what I'd like to do.

I want a "Tag Stream" page, I will use full width for the page, and I'm looking for a jquery tab section, (like on my homepage, tip from Creators Network) that will automatically list tabs of new tags, and all current tags. When clicking a tab.. say the "macro" tag, all macro photos tagged "Macro" will be displayed below the tab listings. (User stays on page, and tag lists are shown below the tabs, like my "Activity/forum/blogs/groups/videos" on my home page.

Is this possible? Please advise.
