Before some minutes got an e-mail from creators.ning.com. Is this a spam? Was the network hacked?

Permalink Reply by Rebecca Schwartz on April 24, 2012 at 2:06pm Like others have noted, the gaffe provided a welcome LOL moment in my day. I would have loved to have seen the expression on your face when you realized what had happened. :-D Thanks for all that you and the rest of the Ning team do to keep things running smoothly! - Rebecca
P.S. - I once committed a similar faux pas. Sent out an email to a member of my Ning network who had registered a minor complaint, and inadvertently left the "o" off the beginning "Hello" . . . oops! :-D
Permalink Reply by Dr. András Paszternák on April 24, 2012 at 2:09pm I think the most important conclusion from this event is, that we (creators) really care about our networks and our community at creators.ning.com. After the e-mail in seconds more forum topics were started connected to the issue.
Think, 24th April should be the Official day of NING-Creators!
Eric, what you think? Other creators?

Permalink Reply by Perrie Halpern on April 24, 2012 at 2:17pm Hey no biggie Eric!
It's something I would have done, LOL!
This is wildly inappropriate and inexcusable. I understand an errant test message. But the vulgar content written in this message will never be excusable. The person responsible needs to be relieved of their duties as a public representative of Ning.
Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on April 24, 2012 at 2:57pm You're right, Clark. That was inappropriate for sure. Very sorry if I've offended you. I'll try to be more vigilant in the future. Absolutely understand your anger.
Not angry or expressing anger. Just commenting on the the complete lack of professionalism and judgment displayed.
