Text Box Issues on Profile Pages

I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing text box issues on their networks?

We have many members who are using the text box on their profile and now some members have found them at the very bottom of their profile page, under the comments wall and they are not able to drag and move them... they are like locked in place!!!

Is anyone else having this issue?... or know of any temporary problems going on or should I submit a "ticket" to Ning?

it started before that--we are w a i t i n g ...profile pages by the dozen are falling into disrepair on our network also

I just replied to my ticket that I submitted asking for an update on this situation. The members are not happy! I would like to change the information in my box and I'm afraid to touch it.

No update for you right now, but I will jump back in here as soon as I get word that the fix is impending.

let me just shed some light here on the reality of pages to Ning.. On my site are very Spiritual exotic pages..some of the nicest you see on Ning.. and this maybe true for few other sites here.. this is their virtual sanctuary from the mundane normal life routine..their pages are their escape to a sanctuary they chose virtually to be at peace. many have a hard life going on ..and the last thing i would hate for them to see is their virtual sanctuary messed up..it is  a place for their inner mental peace of mind.. these pages are not like those here or would be no issue..these members spend alot of time on their very nice pages.. so hopefully this will help further the understanding to Ning why pages are so important to our members. as are ours - each member has a beautiful "home away from" home with their pages.  Each page is well thought out and a reflection of the member, complete with their music ..this is just a mess......we just paid our annual fee - in full also - with donations..and their profiles are all upside down
