It appears that the code that we put into our text boxes is no longer functioning. When we go to edit the text boxes, the boxes appear blank and don't look like the normal text editor boxes at all. This is resulting in our ads not being served at all. This is an urgent matter. Please advise.

Mine seem to be working okay. Is it possible that the text editor isn't loading? Did you contact our support team?

Hi Eric.  Thanks for the quick reply.  I sent in a ticket before I started this thread.  Essentially, the text boxes aren't loading the code most of the time for me and the ads on the right are not loading.  Also, I'm noticing the same problem with our carousel text box.  When I go to edit that text box, it comes up blank (just like the right side).  However, the carousel loads every time, whereas the right side ads aren't loading most of the time.  I believe this issue started yesterday.

I've done a bit more research on my end and I've isolated the issue to the right side text box. Once I remove the text box completely from the text editor, the bottom instant ad boxes work perfectly. This leads me to believe that Ning's text boxes are no longer processing ad code/script correctly.  The only way to edit the text boxes once they malfunction (because the edit button does not work) is to remove the text box in the features layout area and add it back in.  This however, does not fix the problem. I've actually spoken with a few creators about this exact issue, and it appears that this is not an isolated incident. 

As previously stated, since this is effecting our ad serving capabilities and we have brands currently relying on us to deliver campaigns, this is a really urgent issue for us.  Ning, if you could provided feedback asap, we'd really appreciate it.  Thank you in advance.
