Text Editor Adding Extra <p> and <br />'s

Hi Folks,

What's going on when I try to add html to a text box and when I save it, the editor adds extra <p> and <br />'s, so the result is extra spacing in the text box.

For example, on my website http://highendpm.com in the text box on the right, where I say "visit or sponsors" those extra line spaces are not intended. There are <br>'s in the html, which I try to delete, but they somehow get re-added by the editor upon saving.

Any suggestions?

That works, thanks! So what was the cause, the use of tables?

You are using  <div align="center"> for image alignment, use  class="align-center" . When you upload any images, there are some options for image alignment. And those options are are not the Div wrapper, those are classes.

Ahh. What would I need to do with this code below? This is a job search widget and the text box (now on my site at http://highendpm.com on the right hand side) has tons of white space. The code they provide has all sorts of div codes, is that what is causing the white space? If so, is there a work around for it in this case?
