For some days now I haven't been able to successfully upload videos to my Ning 2.0 network.
After uploading, you get the following message:
"Your video upload on XXXX did not complete"
Then they give a kind of Video ID that should be used to troubleshoot the problem.
1. Should this troubleshooting be done by the NC ? If yes, how?
2. Has anyone else noticed this problem or it is just my network?
NB: I sent in a ticket about this on May 24th, and only got the usual auto-response message. I don't know whether it is because of the weekend or just some negligence. I am pretty disturbed by this problem.
