TIP: Increase Facebook likes and Twitter follows

Hi Ningers,

Recently I decided to use the "redirect after sign up" option to try to increase promotion of my network on social outlets like Facebook and Twitter.

Since then ive seen a slight increase in likes and follows (although my likes and follows are still very low)

what i did was redirect new sign ups to a page that thanks them for signing up and asks them to help the community grow by Liking us or Following us.

Are you trying to take your Ning Members to Facebook and Twitter? 

I work the other way around. After spending years in Facebook, Twitter and Google+ I am attempting to bring from this Social Sites into my Ning Network.

I understand your strategy but at least for me it never work. This is just my Input.

Facebook, Twitter or Google+ will never share with you a Dime of their income. And based on that, and other technical reason is that I went the other way around.

I've the same idea as you, but how can you make all the post or everything to be posted on a page in G+? and in facebook there already is..but when i put it..the share button won't appear..any idea??

On the other hand, yes, i'm interested on people liking and following FB and G+ because those are going to bring others to ning. So, can anyone tell me how can i redirect them when they suscribe?

Thanks for the feedback :) im not trying to make them go to facebook and twitter at all. But the reality is that if the "like" your network on facebook you are more likely to recieve more traffic and more traffic is a good thing for my network.
