Two Important Questions
Two more questions that I wanted to ask - how could I send a message to every member without having to visit there pages one by one to post it individually? Can I do anything to send it to their pages (for example, I send out seasonal greetings, birthday greetings to more than one members per-day, and other important messages that I do not want to go to their inbox - but directly on their page), am I able to send one message to all the members (or to those that it is applicable to)?
Last but not least – how can I make a huge announcement (or emergency alert) on the front page or for all to see whenever they login (or if the site will go down for maintenance for an hour or two)?

Hello, BridgettICU! You can broadcast a message to your Ning Network. There's a great explanation of how to do this on our Help Center.
To put up a message on the front page, you could always just use a text box. Again, great information in the Help Center about how to do this. Hope this helps.
