Unable to edit posts on forum and html comment only

Hello

I just realised that posts on FORUM cannot be edited. The "more button" where you can edit the text is not there. Also the comment box is only HTML based and not full visual editor. 

The BLOG POSTS are fine.

Hi Rajaji,

You can edit forum posts, by selecting Edit Discussion from the Options menu as pictured.

I cannot edit posts made on FORUM. The EDIT OPTION buttons are missing. Secondly the REPLY TO THIS form is just a box and not an editor.

Basically the EDIT OPTIONS ARE MISSING and the REPLY BOX is not WYSIWYG editors.
