Unable to make changes to Features Layout

I've tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome but I'm not able to rearrange any of the 'modules' on the Features Layout page in my Dashboard.  There is no 'list on the left' and it also looks like there should be tabs above the layout box that are greyed out.  The curser turns to a crosshair when hovering over a module, but clicking and trying to drag only highlights the text.

Also, is there a way to remove tracks from the music player after I've deleted a member?

Did you try with IE? Sometime browser can't load javascript. Try pressing control+shift key while loading your page.
