Hi everyone :) ok, this is the problem that I need advise:  The good news is that we have different nationalities join our group with no problem, the ones that can understand what we are saying, however, the uncomfortable problem is that I have been overwhelmed with new members trying to join that do not fill out anything as requested, and obviously don't speak or read English.  Lately it has increased.  We always send them a courtesy message :"please add something about yourself and/or how you became a Kasey fan, so that we can approve your memebrship asap" ...but to no response, and I end up having to deny their membership.  We are a racing group from the states as to a certain driver as the main subject.  I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen in a large amount, and any suggestions. We do not want to turn anyone away, yet, we must keep the site "subject" oriented to maintain a quality experience for all. Thanks for any input on this awkward post.  ~Diana

    Check required while creating profile questions. I this way, they will fill everything before joining.

    • oops, I forgot to mention that we did have that like that but there is a glitch and new members couldn't join. Ning never did fix it,  it so I unchecked it so people could at least join.  I lost my ticket number lol. Thank you so much  Bernard for your help and  reply to this :) :) 

      • In that case I don't suggest you work around a pending reported issue. You should be able to utilize the same base features everyone else can. Wait until that is remedied, then check required for the important questions. Keep in mind too many required hoops to jump thru cause people to take the easier route and click a window shut leaving your site.
