Undoing an 'ignore' member
I have a member who needs to join a group with approved access, but when she applies for access she is told her application is already pending. Her name does NOT appear in the pending list though.
She believes she applied for access to the group in the past when it wasn't appropriate and all I can think is that her request at the time was 'ignored'.
Can I undo this or will she have to create a new account to be able to apply for the group again?
