Upgrading from free trial.
I want to activate a monthly Plus plan from the free trial but I only get the Pro option.
I've read help and attempted going via billing but no luck.

Hi Shaun,
It looks like your network is currently on the Plus plan. Once your trial period is over, it will automatically activate. Hopefully that helps; if not let us know.

Now I paid $40 but that does not look right.
I would prefer to pay Monthly Plus. Are you able to sort out or do I need to submit a ticket. An annual billing will bounce.
