Yes, if you are using pro plan, you can choose option from there.

I do not see any feature that says, "Make this video private"

Hey Debby,
When you click on the video go to options and you'll see something that says "who can view this video?"
Just make your selection and thats it.

Thank you for pointing that out. However, as the administrator of a large network, I have a thousand friends and I only want to show to a few people. And what if I want to show to people not on the network? Can I just give the URL?

i was told you can "hide" it and send them the URL.
I'm working on a video contest where videos will be submitted to my ning network, a few users can view them all, and then the finalists will be shown to the public.
