Permalink Reply by TJ @ jQueryHelp on January 23, 2013 at 4:53pm As you may have seen on my site, I show ALL lines of photos as the visitor scrolls down the photos page. Why stop at 6 lines? :-) If you really want 6 lines of photos per page, and only 6, I guess it can be done but it would require loading the current and next page of photos that Ning provides, and then adding the first row of the next page to the last row of the current page. I could write a custom app for that but it would cost much more than my More On Scroll app which shows all lines in all Ning lists, as the visitor scrolls down the page. That app works well for all who have bought it, right Damien? :-)
If I misunderstood what you are asking for, sorry, I'll try again with an answer if you can provide more details.
Best wishes!
"TJ"

I was just about to suggest your app!
Permalink Reply by Damien Hannah on January 23, 2013 at 5:01pm Yes, the autoscroll is AMAZING and not only do I love it, my members REALLY love it!! The fact that you have given the ability for members to disable auto scroll if they want to, is what really makes it shine brightly!
I am sure Riccardo was talking about having another photo column width wise. That's what I'm looking to do, because I have stretched my pages and now there is a lot of room for more thumbnails, or larger thumbnails that don't distort when enlarged.
Probably not an easy task, as you've said.

Yeah Damien, you may be right about column rather than row. I saw "line" and thought "row" but maybe he wants another column. We shall see!
Permalink Reply by Riccardo Rossini on January 23, 2013 at 11:02pm The thing is a little bit more complicated. This is my main page
http://www.fotografiapuntodincontro.com/main/
as you can see, thanks to sweet potato, I have a three column layout for the latest photos: 5 column in 3 lines.
Thanks to George and his code (still not active in the main site, but perfectly working in the test one)
http://creators.ning.com/forum/topics/tip-widen-your-profiles-lay-o...
now I can enlarge my main and with my actual CSS I have 6 column in 3 lines so I have space for three more photos and 18 photos, for the moment, are enogh for us :-)

Permalink Reply by TJ @ jQueryHelp on January 23, 2013 at 11:40pm I'm not sure Ning will show more than 15 thumbnails on your Main page, but I could be wrong. But I do see what you are talking about now, its your photos on your Main page that you want to change around. I was talking about the Photo List: http://www.fotografiapuntodincontro.com/photo/photo/list That's what my app works on, it shows more photos as you scroll down the page automatcially.
If it is possible to show 18 photos on your Main page, I'm sure one of the CSS guys will figure out how to do that! My app is for something completely different, sorry I misunderstood! :-)
Permalink Reply by Riccardo Rossini on January 23, 2013 at 11:59pm Sorr TJ, understood. I'm not very familiar with codes and something similar and I was not very clear in my explanation :-). Anyway, can you contact me for your app?

Permalink Reply by TJ @ jQueryHelp on January 24, 2013 at 12:50am I'm sending you a message now, on my site, about the More On Scroll app. :-)
