We don't offer a video chat capability. However, you might be able to find third-party systems that can provide you with code that could be embedded on your site. I've seen suggestions from Ning Creators like this one, but maybe other people here will have some good suggestions for you.

You could check out skysa.com they offer a chat instant messenger service with video IM. It's like $5 a month but well worth it and support is great! Its also integrated right with your member base so no additional sign ups required! :)

Hi Borja, I just installed the Skysa App Bar and tested the video chat with 2 persons. So far it's working well, but I will pronounce judgement after testing with multiple persons simultaneously.
