I have a longstanding issue which Ning have acknowledged but won't assign resources to sorting out (not their exact words but that is the gist).
When I embed videos from YouTube using the iFrame option then the thumbnail on the video page is the default Youtube logo thumbnail and in the activity feed it is the ugly Ning video thumbnail.
However, if I use the old embed code (flash) then the thumbnails are fine.
Here's what i mean
Like I say, Ning know it is an issue but have said there are not enough people bothered by it for them to resolve it. So I guess my question is:
Is anyone else experiencing this and are they bothered by it?
Give me the url of the video and I will give a try...
This is the most recent video uploaded, second from the bottom in the feed.
correction *THIRD from the bottom.
You can use this code https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-csbCCohgwWGgQNf3bjNAYYqiX0l0gO... (I can not copy the code here)
or juste this one http://youtu.be/PksxcMtSqc4
Awesome, yeah that is the old embedded code!
But, how did you access it Ambroise?
It will be a headache to link you all the videos I or a member wants to post :)
If instead of the embed code, you use the share link, everything will be alright (but you will not control the video size).
I restarted the discussion here
Thank you for support me and give the priority to this issue
