Video Thumbnails (Yeah, Again)

Yesterday I created the best video I have ever made to date for this modeling agency out in Costa Rica (one of my members is co-owner). It came out pretty darned good, if I do say so myself. The owners loved it! The problem though, is that the video is hosted at my Ning network, and when I or anyone shares the video, it has that stupid looking video camera icon in the thumbnail image. Fortunately, I have uploaded it to Youtube and other sites, but the damage is done. 

Had I uploaded the video, instead of pasting the embed code from where I'm hosting it, I wouldn't have this problem. The reason I didn't upload it is because I can not stand that clunky old Ning video player. I'm not going to go into begging Ning to please revamp the music and video players, I've made my case a hundred times over. But can someone please tell me there is a hack I can slap into my code box, and make that ugly video camera image go away!

me too. vimeo and Youtube thumbnails look ridiculous.

they keep telling me that it is my fault for picking videos that do not yet have thumbnails generated...

even though the videos im using have 4000+ views...sigh
