Visual mode/html mode bar disappeared
- Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
- Safari (OSX) seems not effected
- Tested on two different locations
- Effects Creators as wel as my own network

I had the same problem few days ago, you have to clean completely your browser cache and restart the browser
