We Need A Way To Make Members Name & Tag Photos

and possibly tag them too. I am FOREVER having to go in and change picture titles like 19834-6 and to add tags. these being filled out in a descriptive manner are important to SEO! Wonder if there is a way to make the picture not upload until a cursor is put in the title box and text is physically entered with some code? I know some people who upload pics from their pc have them decently described, and they might get irritated by this, but it would be easier to explain to those few why it's set up this way, than it is to have to constantly check on pictures to see if they are named something SEO friendly.....Many people who transfer photos from their camera to their pc simply create a folder on the machine, and name it, so they don't have to go through and name each individual picture, since most people's computers now make the icon of the image the image itself. 

 

sitting here brainstorming as I type, I think im going to go through my languange editor and change the instance of "Tags:" to "minimum of 3 words describing photo", but I want the instance of "Tags:" to remain intact on the finalized uploaded photo image. Also, I think I'm going to change "Title" to "What Is This Picture?" or something along those lines, thoughts and suggestions, anyone?
