This week I have changed the appearance of my network and changed the font to Century Gothic. Got lots of positive reactions but there is this one member that kept complaining that it was almost impossible to read.
After asking her a couple of questions I found out that she is seeing this weird font. Here's some info on here:
- she only has this problem on my network
- no changes in her computer lately
This is what she sees, on the bottom you can still see our regular font.
Anybody out here who is able to help her before I submit a ticket? Thanks!

Permalink Reply by Speed Racer on December 31, 2011 at 8:17am only thing I can figure is the Century Gothic font must be (somehow) missing from her computer.
Is she by chance using mac os, and recently upgraded it to "snow leopard"?
If so, that could be the issue based on a reply I found searching Google for the issue.

I have been thinking about that option too and will suggest that to her. Thanks!
