i was supposed to get a refund its been almost 3 weeks, and they told me it was going to take 2-3 business day and i have sent at least 4 e-mail but never even consider responding to my e-mail dont want to complain but this is really bad customer service

Maybe something has gone wrong, Jaslin. Did you respond to the ticket you had previously opened? I'm not able to discuss billing details on Creators, so can you respond to your ticket and/or provide me that ticket number?

Oh, no problem. I completely understand. I am seeing that this was processed, although it sometimes does take 2-3 days for the payment to make it's way to your account. I will ask my colleague who is tracking your ticket to double check for you.
