If it's the latter, and you're signed in to your Test Network, you can head to the dashboard and click "+Copy Settings: Live to Test Network" again. If it's an error message or something completely unrelated, you might want to submit a support ticket. More on using the Test Network here.

I dit wat you told me to do i click "+Copy Settings: Live to Test Network" and my test network is working again
