I just tried to sign up for NHacks and I have yet to receive the email confirmation link. I also am not getting notifications of responses to discussions I'm subscribed to here on Creators. Bernard commented on JFarrow's discussion, yet I received no email notification. Immediately after, J responded and I received an email notification.
What gives?

Permalink Reply by Alexander Molina on April 25, 2012 at 7:31pm For the record,
my notifications are also not receiving.
Permalink Reply by Stygo Alphamatt on April 26, 2012 at 2:59am I have not sent a mail 2 members since more than a month now.
Before that, many of my members were complainin' of not getting mails.
That was why i suggested once if it is possible to make a way for NC's to drop a comment that appears to all members, cos most of my members don't check their mails often but they do check their comments.
As i got no response to this i thought no big deal to me cos i put new things as slides for a while to inform my members or sometimes i used a script from Jensocial to add items on the head of the members, blogs, & forum pages as announcement.
I am gettin' a new design on the 30.04 and i hope that before then this issue will be resolved cos i want to drop a mail to all after more than a month and the first 100 people to jump in has a chance to win an icestar wrist watch.
So i dearly wish this will be solved, am stayin' tuned
Big up
Permalink Reply by John Petrowski on April 26, 2012 at 7:50am Just tried to shave an event with all members to see if it's been resolved. Nothing. I got the notification through my admin email but no other members received it. Is there any status update on this?

Permalink Reply by Patrick Chappelle on April 26, 2012 at 8:23am Contrary to what it reads at Ning Status:
"All Ning Networks are online and speedy. Things are humming along nicely."
Permalink Reply by John Petrowski on April 26, 2012 at 8:57am At this point, it's literally costing me money. As of this morning, I had to pay for a newsletter service so I can send out communications.
Permalink Reply by dex meaans on April 26, 2012 at 9:27am I agree John my Traffic has fallen big time I have no way to communicate to my 7500 members so my ad revenue has been reduced drastically. I am having issues with Glams service dept as well it has been 5 weeks to fix one small thing on my site. Also Glam Media has no phone support its pretty much impossible to get a a response.
Permalink Reply by John Petrowski on April 26, 2012 at 9:38am I'm actually in violation with some of my sponsors per our ad agreement, which is why I had to pay for a newsletter service. My network is all but dead. I send out blog, forum posts and events to all members to spark activity - which works. All this week, it's a ghost town.
Permalink Reply by Donna Mac on April 26, 2012 at 9:45am THIS is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and wrong at all levels. Something as serious as networks not being able to communicate should be fixed even if it takes 24/7 to do it. What upgrade caused this in the first place? Seems like every upgrade or added "benefit" breaks something else.

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on April 26, 2012 at 9:54am We're still working hard trying to get this resolved. I know that it's a giant pain in the neck. We've made progress on some details, but there is still an issue with Broadcast Messages. I'll update as soon as I have more info to share. Many thanks to those who submitted tickets. It's been a huge help in finding specific instances in our logs that are leading us to the fix.
