Does anyone know how or where to find archive of your own previous broadcast messages using the general broadcast to all members feature found inside the managers dashboard.

         It simply doesn't exist Howard. If it did, Kos would know about it.  I replied to your inquiry on FB.  If you would like to reconstruct an archive of your broadcast messages, reverse search them in your email used to create the community.  Its usually mail@whatever.com or could be a phrase you know you used consistently, Search your email, group the emails and set up a filter and put them in a label.  You can then export to drive as a folder and BAM you have an archive.  I think labnol.org has a quick tutorial on how to do this.

        • Thanks JF.  I appreciate that but I never know everything.  *lol*  I wish I did!  This seems to be a 'failure and brush off' issue with Ning. 

          Howard I do what many creators do here.  When broadcast messages are sent, one obviously comes to "me", which I save in an email folder.  If the message is not received, I assume it's on Nings end (unless I received an error message when pressing 'send').  I know there have been numerous issues of these not being sent over the last year.  I assume it's because of flipping to new/different servers and sadly, things are not aligned or set up properly.  The end result though is the same.  Ning must repair the problem. 

          If they're closing your tickets, open a new one, over and over again until it's resolved.  Someone may be closing tickets to make thing appear 'clear' on heir end (for bosses or reports) but it's not the truth.  Don't let them out of it.  Be persistent.  I'm sure you're not alone in this issue.  Maybe if more Creators would file tickets, it would gain a better eye!

            Currently have another problem, activity feed is not feeding in, the only thing that is coming into it is feed from our Facebook page, no Ning activity. Any clues?
            • Yes we all saw the same thing and filed tickets.  Thank goodness that has been repaired now.  If you don't see it, go ahead and do a hard refresh and you'll see it.

              fwiw (for everyone) a hard refresh pulls the image directly off of the server so you get a 'new' clear view of your site.  Here's how.  I do it now as though it were second hand nature:

              In a Mac press the Shift+Command+R key
              In a PC in Internet Explorer or Chrome press CTRL+f5
              or in Firefox press CTRL+Shift+R
