Why content of comment gone away after push Add Reply button?

Within two days (until now) on out netwwork (http://csvtsnt.ning.com) has occured an error like this: sometimes, after members push Add Reply button to comment the content is gone away as pic below:

Within this month we do no changes to our network.

This error occured with almost members commented on our network from yesterday till now.

Pls help!

Dear Eric,

I found that: when I swapped the texteditor to HTML mode then the error did not occur again!

but in WYSIWYG mode the error occurs again!
