I submitted a Help ticket for my network being down On Feb 9, 2011.

 

It's still down, no word from ning. No response, other than the computer generated one.

 

Glad We are paying $49.95 per month for our network, it has now been down for 3 weeks and no reply.

Yes, we do. DId you submit that from your support link? Can you share that ticket number? I'd like to look very closely and find out why this is so.

I just checked it out. We closed this network because the billing agreement was cancelled through PayPal. Without payment, we are not able to keep networks open. We sent a message directly to the NC about this issue. I will have our team respond to your new ticket, but we did make two attempts to reach the NC (and payer, which was a different person, apparently). 

Funny, we changed paypal accounts for payment. Which still shows as updated in my panel.

 

I handle all the correspondence and have received nothing. Payment was sent to Ning on Feb 1,2011 $49.95  Transaction Completed (Unique Transaction ID #8WF81102CE3669311)

How is this even an issue? Why is it being added to my ticket? My billing and payment is in order. I have the correspondence that the funding did not go thru on the old paypal. It was then updated and charged to the new account. No contact was made.

 

I have spent countless hours letting clients of ours know that we are still in fact in business. We are still supporting the services of ours they pay for. No telling the lost revenue I will suffer based on my network being in "maintenance"

 

I submitted a help ticket over a week ago and have had no reply when my network has been down for 3 weeks.

 

And yet I'm still paying $50 for this month. 

I don't know all the details, and to be honest billing issues aren't something I can really fix in a public space. It appears that one of my colleagues has already responded to you, so I would recommend continuing to work with them to make sure all of your payment details are ironed out. If you need copies of past correspondence or other records, they can provide those to you.

This wasn't a billing issue. Apparently this is your system doesn't recognize payment issue.

 

Yes I finally got a message back from the help center. ANd the TITLE of my post was changed. When in fact the original Does NING ever answer help tickets was more accurate.

Thanks for finally expediting this Eric. My network is back up and they refunded the payment for the last months charges, since my network has been down.

 

At least it is finally solved.
