Why is my tile not showing up in my side image?

It shows up on the My Network page but not anywhere else. I have saved it so I know it's there and I have two ning networks. Both appearances are set up the same EXACT way but on one, the tile doesn't show and the subheaders won't change color. What and I doing wrong on one that I did right on the other?

I wish I could help with this one. It always helps to post a link to your network so that we can view it in order to assist (unless your network is private of course).

Found it. Your background is all white. Have you tried making your background transparent (the grey/white boxes option when you click the color editor)?

Okay, I will try that. I thought about that but on my private site that is a duplicate of this one, the background is also set to white. But maybe that's the one that has a glitch! LOL

Hope it helps. Like I said, this is the second post this morning I've read about similar experiences. If another posts crops up about the same thing, or someone else comments on your discussion (or the other one) they are having the same problem, then we'll know it's not just an isolated issue.

Thank you! I am still having issues getting my subheaders to change color as well so maybe there is a little glitch somewhere. When I changed the background to transparent, it did work but I like the white space under my banner better. Just wanted the sides to be tiled. It seems to be able to do that on my private group. Interesting. We'll see what the day brings. Thanks again for all your help! :)

A small problem with making the background or the sides transparent is that it can make the text invisible on the mobile site - you should check at yoursite.ning.com/m after making any adjustments...
