Ning Network usage

I think it would be very handy if we could have a counter or something in our admin dashboard that showed us how much of our allocated memory space on the Ning network we are currently utilizing.

We are switching from Pro to Plus, the storage limit is reduced by half.

But how do I know how much I currently use?

If there is a storage limit, it makes no sense to be kept in the dark as to current usage. It also makes no sense that I can't clean up the storage and get rid of duplicates or outdated files...

This is a big hole in Ning.

No, It's enough to see our bills from ning. I was given incorrect information and now I correct it

How do you learn that you are maxed out?

We are over limit and we have arrived to pay 78 euros a mounth (about 105 USD) . Ning advise you when you are near the limit but It can't permit to check the progress of your storage.( none replied in that topic.. http://creators.ning.com/forum/topics/space-in-the-server).

We are starting to delete photos of our members and It's a defeat for us. Our goal was to create a social network where each members could have contents in a personal page even if he stops to participate in the site. Now we have to cancel images and music of our old users...

I say again. we don't want to not pay, we just want to manage our storage by limiting photos size.
