I need help building my network

Hello all,

 

I am building a network that needs to be up QUICKLY (Next 2 weeks)  and I need someone to do the design work.  Once that is done I am hoping to be able duplicate the pages and embed to content myself.

 

The site will contain a combination of articles and video content.  I am going for something that looks a bit like this site below.  I like especially like the way that different content boxes is skinned for easy identification.  We would have totally different content but this should give you an idea of what we want.

The site you linked to appears to be a wordpress site and not a ning site.  A ning site would have a different feel to it.
