Membership Directory requirement

I need a simple directory feature set up on www.drs-hr.com. This could simply be a subdomain or similar. The directory should be an updateable list of members that can be sorted by Name, Company, Country etc. A maximum of 100 contacts per page displayed. The layout would be:

First name ˅ Surname ˅ Company ˅ Job title ˅ City ˅ Country ˅ Profile ˅  Add to contacts ˅ Message
