Reversing the Profile pages layout

Is there a code somewhere or a setting that would allow us to move members Profile Information to the top of their profile page and have the latest activity appear below that

they can drag and drop it wherever they want  there is a javasc ript so0ewhere to change the default

probly a better idea to make a customizing your page page with suggestions that they do that and include a link to it when welcoming them
